Houston-dependent Baker Katz announced expansions for quite a few dining places. Chipotle, represented by Traci Holman of Baker Katz, signed leases at 4045 Minimal York Highway in Houston, 2555 East League Metropolis Parkway in League Metropolis and at Interstate 10 and Texas 146 in Mont Belvieu. Eric Walker of Money Retail represented the landlord in the Small York lease. Jacob Weersing of Capital Retail represented the landlord in the League Metropolis lease. Baker Katz negotiated for the landlord in Mont Belvieu. Chipotle, which has other places beneath construction in Cinco Ranch and Kingwood, announced ideas to open up 200 restaurants in 2021.

Authentic Chop Store, represented by Ben Brown of Baker Katz, leased 3,500 sq. toes in the Tanglewood Procuring Heart at San Felipe Avenue and South Post Oak. Josh Friedlander with NewQuest Homes represented the landlord. Primary Chop Store also leased 2,921 square toes at the Centre at River Oaks, at 3021 Kirby. The landlord was represented by Crystal Allen of Transwestern True Estate Providers. Both of those destinations will open this summer.

Postino, a foodstuff and wine café represented by Traci Holman of Baker Katz, leased 3,643 sq. ft in Uptown Park at Loop 610 and Put up Oak Boulevard. Michael Hale of Edens represented the landlord. Postino also leased 4,137 sq. ft at 791 City & Place Blvd. Ed James of Streetwise Retail Advisors represented the landlord.

Charleys Philly Steaks will open up an 1,800-square-foot location at Atascocita Browsing Center in Humble and an additional in Beaumont’s Westmont Purchasing Centre. John Frazier of Baker Katz represented Charleys in equally specials.

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro signed a long-time period lease for 6,135 sq. toes at Galleria Park, an business office and retail campus at 5251 Westheimer at Sage throughout from the Galleria. Leven Bakery & Coffee Bar leased 2,100 square feet in Southside Commons, a blended-use development at 4191 Bellaire Blvd. Christie Amezquita and Suzy Thompson with Shop Cos. represented the landlord, MM Bellaire A person. Opening is prepared in the 3rd quarter.
